coming along nicely! good steady progress is the BEST way to do it :) I'm thinking about adding in little morning runs... would any days of the week work better for you than others?
well all of my classes start at the same time, so ill have to wake up extra early in order to eat breakfast after, but ill make it work because this is important.
You are looking so strong, especially the arms and your quads. Keep up the good work!
